Account Functions

How do I reset my password?

To reset your Triga Films account password, use the lost password page.

Where do I find my purchased downloads?

Purchased and past purchased downloads will be available from your client portal once the order has completed and access has been applied.

My download film is not appearing in my account.

On some occasions, orders may go to manual office-hours processing. Once processed, an email will be sent to advise that your films are available. The email invoice confirms that we received the order, not necessarily that the card has already been charged.

Can I change my login email address?

For customer confidentiality, we may not be able to change this for you. Keep a record of the email address used to join, as password reminders are sent to the registered account email address.

I cannot log into my account.

The website uses cookies to remember you. If cookies are disabled, account login may not work correctly. Please enable cookies in your browser and try again.

Orders

Where do I find my purchased orders?

Your order history will be available from the client portal. If an order does not appear, submit a support ticket with your order details.

Are DVDs sent discreetly?

DVDs are sent in plain and secure packaging.

Can I call in and purchase DVDs from your London office?

No. Our London address is for mail and correspondence only and cannot accept customers.

How long do DVD deliveries take?

We aim to get DVD orders to you as quickly as possible. UK deliveries may take 3-7 days, but please allow 14-28 days where needed.

Cinema

Triga Cinema subscriptions

Triga Cinema is a recurring subscription service. Your account may be rebilled unless cancelled by you. Please make sure you cancel your subscription service if you no longer wish to continue.

Cancellations should be sent from the registered email used to log in via our website services. Subscriptions that are not cancelled or paid on their due date may lock your account.

Is it really a lifetime subscription?

Where a lifetime membership is offered, it is intended to provide long-term value for the lifetime of Trigafilms. This membership level may not always be available.

Casting

How do I apply to be in one of your films?

If you are interested in being in a Trigafilms production, visit the casting page and follow the application guidance.

Casting information

Can I wear a balaclava or hide my face?

No.

Please use the client portal or submit a support ticket and include your order number if relevant. Model enquiries should be sent through the casting route.

I no longer wish to receive your newsletter.

Our newsletters should include an unsubscribe link in the footer. If you cannot see it, contact us and we can remove you manually.

Some email providers may block or delay messages. Please check spam folders and add Trigafilms to your safe senders list where possible.

It is important to maintain a working email address associated with your account. If emails repeatedly bounce, access to services may be limited until the registered address is restored.
