Choose the area you need help with
Each section explains what the portal area is for, what you can do there and where to go next.
Account settings
The Account tab is where you manage your profile and login security. Your profile details help us connect tickets and future services to the right account.
You can update your first name, last name and display name. Your email address is shown for reference, but it cannot be changed from the profile form.
Login and security
Login security adds a second check when you sign in. You can use an authenticator app, an email code or a backup code if you cannot access your usual method.
Authenticator app
Use an app on your phone or password manager to get a short code. Open the app, copy the current code and enter it when asked.
Email code
The portal sends a code to your email address. Check your inbox and spam folder, then enter the code on the login screen.
Backup codes
Backup codes are single use recovery codes. Keep them somewhere safe, such as a password manager. You can generate a fresh list from Account settings.
Tickets
The Tickets tab shows support requests linked to your account email. You can view replies, add more information, upload files and reopen a ticket if it still needs attention.
If you have a secure ticket link but no account, the portal may show tickets only. Creating an account gives you a fuller portal view.
Orders
The Orders area is planned for future purchases, subscriptions, invoices and downloads. It may show as coming soon while the portal is being built.
When it is live, this section will help you check account purchases without contacting support for routine information.
Casting
The Casting area is planned for future casting applications and updates. It may show as coming soon until that workflow is connected to the portal.
Once available, it will help you keep application details and updates in one account area.
Getting help
If something does not work, do not worry. Check the message on screen, try again once and then submit a ticket if you are still stuck.
If a login code does not arrive, wait a minute, check your spam folder and request a new code. If you cannot access any method, contact us and we will help you regain access.
