Overview
Trigafilms is an adult service operated by Robot-M Ltd. These Community Guidelines apply to comments, replies, discussion spaces, profile discussions, private channel posts, member submitted text, reports, usernames, profile details and any media submitted through community features.
The rules are strict by design. We may refuse, hide, edit, remove or report content where we believe it creates legal risk, safety risk, privacy risk, harassment risk, child safety risk, fraud risk, platform abuse or harm to another person.
By using community features, you agree to these Guidelines, our Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
Adult Only Participation
You must be 18 or over to use Trigafilms community features. Do not register, comment, post, report, upload or interact with any community area if you are under 18 or if adult material is unlawful where you live.
Content must never involve anyone under 18. Content must also never present a person as under 18 through captions, roleplay, clothing, setting, naming, description or visual framing. Where age, consent or legality is unclear, we may remove the content and restrict the account.
What You Can Post
Community areas are for lawful, adult conversation about Trigafilms content, performers, profile updates, casting, site support and member discussion.
- Keep comments relevant to the post, profile or discussion space.
- Speak about performers and other members as real people.
- Only post content that you own, are allowed to share, and can stand behind.
- Use clear language when reporting a safety, privacy, consent or copyright concern.
Banned Conduct
The following conduct is not allowed in any Trigafilms community area:
- Harassment, stalking, threats, intimidation, blackmail, humiliation, pressure or targeted abuse.
- Hate, slurs or abuse based on race, nationality, religion, sex, gender identity, sexuality, disability or other protected characteristics.
- Posting or requesting private personal details, addresses, contact details, workplace information, family information, identity documents or payment details.
- Sharing leaked, stolen, pirated, scraped, screen recorded or copyright infringing content.
- Fraud, scams, impersonation, malware, phishing, spam, fake support messages or payment abuse.
- Sexual pressure, coercion, trafficking, exploitation, abuse, violence, rape fantasy presented as real, or any content that celebrates harm.
- Attempts to bypass moderation, age assurance, access controls, paywalls, account restrictions or copyright controls.
Banned Words And Phrases
We may block, hold or remove words, phrases, usernames, captions, links and hashtags. The filter list is not public because publishing it would help people evade moderation.
Words and phrases may be banned, held for review or watched when they relate to:
- Minors, youth presentation, school age themes or age confusion in a sexual context.
- Threats, violence, coercion, rape, forced sex, stalking, blackmail or trafficking.
- Hate terms, abuse terms, degrading slurs or targeted insults.
- Illegal material, stolen content, piracy, leaked content, malware, scams or payment fraud.
- Personal data, doxxing, identity documents, private contact details or attempts to identify someone without consent.
Banned Images And Media
If image, video, avatar or attachment uploads are enabled, the rules below apply. We may also disable user media uploads entirely while moderation controls are being tested.
- No image or media involving anyone under 18, anyone who appears under 18, or anyone presented as under 18.
- No youth coded sexual image, caption, costume, setting, pose, username or roleplay.
- No private image, hidden camera image, voyeur image, revenge porn, intimate image shared without consent or image based sexual abuse.
- No person shown asleep, unconscious, intoxicated, injured, distressed, restrained without clear consent, or unable to consent.
- No violence, weapons, injury, blood, bodily harm, torture, sexualised force or illegal sexual material.
- No sexual activity involving animals.
- No personal documents, addresses, licence plates, workplace information, school information, family information or visible private data.
- No AI generated or edited sexual material that shows a real person without that person's consent.
Moderation And Review
Community content may be checked by automated tools, manual moderators or both. New accounts, first comments, links, edited comments, reported content and media may be held before publication.
We do not promise to publish any contribution. Moderators may refuse, hide, remove, lock, limit, edit visibility, preserve evidence, suspend accounts, ban accounts or escalate content where needed.
Severe safety breaches may be escalated to payment providers, hosting providers, platform partners, regulators, law enforcement or child protection reporting bodies where lawful or required.
Reporting Content
If you see content that appears unsafe, unlawful, abusive, non consensual, underage, private, stolen, threatening or otherwise in breach of these Guidelines, report it promptly.
- Use any report tool shown beside the post or comment.
- If no report tool is available, use the Contact page and include the page URL, username, date, and a clear description of the issue.
- Do not copy, download, repost or send suspected illegal images to us. Send the page URL and describe where the material appears.
Enforcement
We may take action without advance notice where we believe it is necessary to protect people, protect performers, protect the service, comply with law, prevent abuse, preserve evidence or manage risk.
- A minor breach may lead to content removal, a warning or temporary comment limits.
- Repeated breaches may lead to longer restrictions, suspension or account closure.
- Severe breaches may lead to immediate account closure, evidence preservation, refusal of future service and external reporting.
- Trying to return after a ban, using a second account, or helping someone bypass a ban may lead to further restrictions.
Appeals And Complaints
If you believe moderation action was taken in error, contact us with the account email address, page URL, decision date and a short explanation. We may review the decision, but we are not required to restore content or access.

Records And Privacy
We may keep moderation records, reports, account identifiers, technical data, decision notes, removed content references and related correspondence where necessary for safety, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute handling or service protection.

Updates To These Guidelines
We may update these Guidelines as community features, moderation controls, legal duties and safety risks change. Continued use of community features after an update means you accept the updated Guidelines.
