About These Terms
These Terms and Conditions apply to casting applicants using the Triga Films casting section at /casting/. They are separate from the terms that apply to members and customers of the Triga Films website.
The casting section is operated by Robot-M Ltd, trading as Triga Films, 310 Kemp House, 152-160 City Road, London EC1V 2NX.
Eligibility
You must be aged 21 or over to submit a casting application. You must also have the legal right to work in the United Kingdom if your application progresses.
The Company reserves the right to reject any application without giving reasons.
Nature Of The Casting Process
The casting section allows individuals to apply to appear in adult content productions made by Triga Films. Triga Films produces explicit adult content intended for commercial distribution to adult audiences.
Submitting an application does not guarantee contact, a casting session, work, engagement or any contractual relationship with the Company.
Application Process
Stage 1 is an expression of interest. It asks for basic details, contact information, content preferences, a headshot and a full-length clothed photo. It does not ask every applicant for identity documents or formal legal agreements.
Stage 2 is invitation-only. If the casting team decides to progress your application, you may be sent a private time-limited link to provide identity verification, declarations, privacy consent, agreement to these terms and agreement to the Model Release Agreement.
Your Responsibilities
You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. You must not submit an application on behalf of another person, submit multiple applications using different identities, or attempt to circumvent security or age verification measures.
All photographs and documents you submit must be genuine and must relate to you.
Model Release Agreement
If you are invited to Stage 2, you may be asked to read and agree to the Triga Films Model Release Agreement. This does not guarantee engagement and does not replace a production-specific agreement before filming.
Data Protection
Personal data submitted through the casting process is handled in accordance with the Casting Applicant Privacy Notice.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
