This draft policy explains how refunds and cancellations may apply to digital downloads, streaming membership, online services and related purchases from Robot-M Ltd, trading as Trigafilms.
It should be read together with the Terms & Conditions and any product, membership or checkout information shown at the time of purchase.
Digital Content Purchases
Digital content may include streaming access, membership content, downloadable files or other online material supplied after purchase.
Where digital content is supplied immediately, your cancellation rights may be affected once streaming, download or access begins, provided the required consent and acknowledgement have been obtained at checkout.
Memberships And Streaming Access
Membership gives access to online content for the period purchased. Unless stated otherwise, membership fees are not refunded once access has started.
You may cancel a recurring membership so that it does not renew. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
Technical Access Issues
If you experience a technical issue with access, playback, download, membership login or an account purchase, contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate.
Where a fault is confirmed, we may provide technical support, restore access, replace access, extend access, or offer another appropriate remedy depending on the issue.
Mistaken Purchases
Please check your basket, membership selection and account details before paying. If you believe a purchase was made in error, contact us promptly and do not start streaming or downloading the content.
Chargebacks And Payment Queries
If you do not recognise a payment, contact us first where possible. Please include your name, email address, order details and the last four digits of the card used, if relevant.
We may suspend access while a payment dispute, chargeback, suspected fraud or account security issue is investigated.
